Luo Yi is a female mage who has 4 skills. This hero has even undergone several changes in his skills before actually being deployed to the original server by Mobile Legends. Many were disappointed with Luo Yi’s skill change, saying that his role as a mage was no longer functioning but rather now he was a support. Even so, all of Luo Yi’s strength is still very dangerous to fight the enemy, here are all of Luo Yi’s newest hero skills in Mobile Legends!

Passive Skill: Duality

Luo Yi will make a yin-yang mark in the match arena that lasts for 6 seconds. If there are two players who have different marks, they are close to each other then a Yin-Yang Reaction will appear. This will cause magic damage of 540 (+ 180% total magic power) and crowd control effect in the form of stun for 1 second. If Luo Yi manages to give a new mark to the mark bearer, then Luo Yi will get a movement speed of 40 percent and a shield of 270 (+90% magic power). Before getting into Luo Yi’s hero skills, let’s see the gameplay!

Skill 1: Dispersion

This skill will make Luo Yi release Yin-Yang energy in a predetermined direction. The energy will spread on the first hit and cause magic damage to the target of 200 to 360 (+100% total magic power) and enemy units in the fan-shaped area. Dispersion can also leave a Yin-Yang mark on the hit enemy. Luo Yi will get 1 stack Dispersion every 8 seconds up to 4 stacks then he gets 1 additional stack every time Yin-Yang Reaction occurs.

Skill 2: Rotation

Activating this skill, Luo Yi will summon Fire of Yang or Aqua of Yin on the targeted area. The effect of this second skill will cause 250 to 350 magic damage (+ 50% magic power) and the effect of slowing enemy movement by 60 percent for 0.5 seconds on enemies affected by the skill. Aqua of Yin or Fire of Yang will continue to take place on enemy heroes who are hit, causing magic damage of 75 to 105 (+15% magic power) every 0.7 seconds for 6 seconds. This will activate the Yin-Yang Reaction effect continuously with surrounding enemy units.

Ultimate Skill : Diversion

With this ultimate or Diversion skill, Luo Yi will get a cooldown reduction on all of his skills by 2 percent. This skill will make Luo Yi teleport within a predetermined large circle area. Luo Yi could even carry his entire teammates by using this skill. After 3 seconds, he can also send one of his team heroes who are in the large circle area to another location in the match arena. The teleport area will increase according to level.
