Reported via official Facebook Mobile Legends: Bang BangIf you experience losing your account, you can use the method by creating a Temporary Account and tying it to other platforms, such as Facebook, Google Play Games, Game Center, and VK Accounts. Then, you have to save the QR code image of your account in the gallery.
After that, login to the Temporary Account that has been created and upload the QR code, finally enter the Password to login to the original account.
If you already have an account that has been linked to another platform, you can simply log in to the game and select the relevant platform to change. But, if you haven’t linked to any platform yet, go back to the homepage and tap the Customer Service icon to process the account recovery.
