PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X Releases Won't Be Delayed Due to Corona Virus!

We all know that, right this year, the next-gen consoles from both Sony and Microsoft will be officially launched. Microsoft itself with Xbox Series X and Sony with PlayStation 5. Both of these next-gent consoles are planned to be released later this year. Where both were officially announced recently.

However, with the recent emergence of the Corona virus which shocked the whole world, the things that had been planned by various parties were officially cancelled. The game industry is no exception, starting with events that will be held in the future, for example E3 2021. Of course, this is done for everyone’s safety and health.

The release of the next-gent console won’t be delayed!

Corona Virus is getting more and more worrying day by day. Where in Indonesia itself, it has been confirmed that there are 96 people who are positive for Corona, 5 died and 8 recovered completely.

Not only that, this virus also makes gamers worry about the planned release of the two next-gent consoles, namely the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 in the future.

Many gamers are asking, will the Xbox Series X and PS5 be delayed because of this? Certainly not. This was revealed by AMD as the supporter of most of the various hardware for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles. They revealed that the launch of the next-gen console will remain on schedule.

Corona virus will not affect the release schedule

This was stated directly by the Executive Vice President of Computing and Graphcis AMD – Rick Bergman. At the AMD Financial Analyst Day event, he said that the next-gen console will still be released at the end of 2021. The Corona outbreak will not affect the release schedule of these two next-gen consoles.
