Recently, IGN Japan shared the results of their interview with the main producer of the God Eater series, Yusuke Tomizawa and producers from God Eaters 3, Yuya Tomiyama who talked about the possibility of God Eater 3 releasing on Nintendo Switch. In one question session, they were both asked about their interest in releasing God Eater 3 on the console Nintendo the.
In the answer, Yusuke Tomizawa admits that he often gets feedback from fans who want God Eater also on console handhelds. As quality improvement was a top priority for God Eater 3, the development team made it a game for PlayStation 4 and PC for now. However, it is important to hear the voices of fans, including the possible presence of God Eater 3 on the Switch.
Yuya Tomiyama also added that many users can’t play games on TV and they always get requests from people who are in that situation. The development team is aware of it too.
God Eater 3 itself was released on December 13, 2021 in Japan for PlayStation 4 and will be released on February 8 globally for PlayStation 4 and PC.
