Fallout 76 Won't Come Out on Steam!
The BETA and full game versions for PC will only be available via Bethesda.net, will not enter Steam
The latest series of games Fallout by title Fallout 76 will not be present for the Steam platform. Confirmed in their FAQ, Bethesda confirmed Fallout 76 will only be available for Xbox One, PS4, and Bethesda.net without any mention of Steam.
This method was taken so that Bethesda could promote their own PC platform, namely Bethesda.net (you can try it here Bethesda.net Launcher). But this does not rule out Bethesda will release this game on Steam. Remember Fallout Shelter which was released in July 2021 on Bethesda.net finally made its way to Steam in March 2021.
For those of you who might try the beta version, don’t be afraid to repeat. Because the beta FAQ confirms that each of your progress will be carried over to the full game version later.
